Do you only drink 32 oz a day or mix it several times a day?

Hi Melissa! I drink 32 oz per day. I typically do this for a week after the holidays end, or if I’ve been on vacation and have been eating junk. I’ll also drink this the morning after a night out if I had a few drinks, just to help flush it out. 🙂

hey ! So I’m gonna try this , but do you eat other things as well ? Can you eat normally , or do you only drink this , and how long do you drink it for ? How much of it do you drink a day as well ? Is it only flushing or is it actually helping lose weight ? Thank you ! 🙂

Hi Whitney! YES, I eat a “clean” diet along with drinking this. Eating normal amounts of food, but avoid processed foods, and sugar. I drink 32oz per day for 7 days. It naturally detoxes your body… So yes, it’s flushing, but I kept the weight off that was lost! Hope this helps!

Your recipe says “2-4 oz cranberry juice”. Is this supposed to be 2-4 oz (8 oz) or 24 oz?

Hi Jodi! I mean 2 to 4 oz of cranberry juice (I updated it to be more clear). I eyeball it so it’s somewhere around there, and I use cold-pressed cranberry juice. Hope that helps!

Im really looking forward to trying this. Thx for sharing! Where do you buy cold-pressed cranberry juice? I’ve been looking around and the best I could do was the “Just Cranberry” juice you picture above. I can’t find anything unpasteurized.

I get mine from Whole Foods, it’s Lakewood Organic Pure Cranberry, Cold-Pressed Not From Concentrate, Fresh Pressed (all that is written on the front label). It is pasteurized. Hope that helps!
